Six months
The First Step to Wellness Signature Wellness Program is a six month Foundational Wellness experience designed to give you more than a one time appointment or another plan to figure out on your own. We begin with you: where you are today, what you have experienced, and what you would like your wellness journey to look like. From there, we build a more complete picture of your wellness patterns and priorities, and we keep reassessing and adapting as your journey unfolds.
Your program follows Chris's Vitality Roadmap.

Six-month minimum, or $2,100 paid in full. Some journeys take a little longer, and Chris will talk that through with you.
